The Ladies of the Radiant Rho Kappa Omega Chapter invite you 

to join us for our Global Impact Day & Beyond Virtual Community Service Drive on Friday, April 10, 2020. Together we will:

  • Draft a letter of support to our troops stationed domestically and abroad

  • Purchase items from the Soldiers' Angels Amazon Wish List to be sent to troops stationed domestically and abroad. (All items purchased will be sent directly to the organization's headquarters)

  • Create a dress and/or shirt from pillowcases to be sent to boys and girls in Haiti

  • Collect gently used shoes and/or eyeglasses from around your home for future donation to Soles 4 Souls and Lions Club International.​

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is proud to join the American Heart Association in the fight against heart disease in order to improve the health of all women. On this special day, Alpha Kappa Alpha women will take off our pink and wear red for the day to raise awareness of this deadly disease and promote life changes that will increase the longevity and quality of the lives of women around the globe.

To commemorate this special day, Rho Kappa Omega chapter, in collaboration with the RWJBH Jersey City Medical Center,  invite you to our "Pink Goes Red for Healthy Hearts and Poses" . This event will include an informational session, presented by Mary Abed, MD, FACC - Chief of Cardiology, followed by a yoga session instructed by Pamela Witherspoon, Director of Diversity and Inclusion.

Join Rho Kappa Omega & Tau Sigma Chapters for the next phase of our #CAP (College Admissions Process) initiative, where we will focus on SAT & ACT Review, applications submissions and funding research. This event will take place on Saturday, February 29, 2019 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM.

#CAP is the 2018-2022 signature program of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. It is designed to assist students in their efforts to enter college by providing a hands-on approach that includes all the steps from researching various colleges to actually completing the application process.

This event will take place at Henry Snyder High School, 239 Bergen Avenue, Jersey City, NJ, 07305. Please see our flyer for additional details.
